Unique, vintage handcrafted ethnic tribal belt. It features a central row of natural cowrie shells trimmed with small white beads, hand-stitched onto a textured rust-red fabric backing. Hanging along the lower border are authentic drilled vintage Burmese 10 Pya coins (issued mid-20th century). These square cupronickel coins feature the iconic Chinthe (Burmese guardian lion) on the front and Burmese script on the back.
